We want every walk to be safe, fun, and stress-free for you and your pup.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: Full refund or credit.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: 50% charge applies.
  • Same-day cancellations (day-of): Full session fee charged.
  • No-shows without notice: Full session fee charged.

Service Area

  • Happy Walks with Mo currently serves Oakville, Ontario.
  • Service availability may vary by neighbourhood — please confirm at time of booking.

General Schedule

  • Regular services are available Monday to Friday, 9am – 4pm.
  • Weekends / holiday availability is limited - please inquire for specific requests.

Meet & Greet

  • A complimentary meet & greet is scheduled after your intake form is received.
  • Meet & greets are 15–20 minutes and allow Mo to meet your dog in a comfortable setting.
  • Services begin only after a successful meet & greet.

Health & Safety

  • All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations before services begin.
  • Extreme weather conditions (heat, storms, icy conditions, poor air quality) may require shortened, modified, or cancelled walks for safety.
  • Mo reserves the right to decline service for dogs that pose a safety risk.
